Negative: Only 2 elevators worked the entire 4 days we were there. $6 delivery charge plus 17% mandatory tip on room service. Very busy hotel with lots of conferences going on.

Positive: location: excellent right there for our Disney Wonder Alaska cruise. room: met our expectations, very comfortable and amenities provided were good. view: we could see the harbor and our ship as it came to dock.
Negative: the elevators available were minimal. it appeared that there was always one or two elevators out of service. when it was busy during peak use, we would expect a wait time of 10-15 minutes for the elevator. This was only downside of our stay here.

Positive: Love this location. We were able to get off our ship and walk up into the hotel. Transit is just a short walk away. The coastal walk is right there. The views were beautiful.

Positive: We were upgraded to a 21st floor room, and the views were amazing! The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was also nicely appointed. The bellman service from our taxi was fabulous and seamless. We booked this hotel because we were going on a cruise, and the location could not be beat. They took our luggage from our room and delivered it onto the ship, which made the whole embarkation process seamless! We also appreciated the baggage service after we got off the cruise, so we could walk around Vancouver without our luggage before we needed to catch our train home.
Negative: Nothing really. It was a great experience and if we were to ever take another cruise out of Vancouver, we'd definitely look to book at Pan Pacific again!
Summary: Fabulous location to stay before our cruise. Well worth the money!
